Axel - red male Dark Blue Collar (Rose x Oliver)
I wanted to send you some updated pictures of Axl.
He's doing great. He's such a smart dog who loves to be with people.
He is such a sweet dispositon and loves attention.
He has learned a bunch of commands, and people are always coming up to him to pet him.
For some reason people can't believe he's a poodle.
He weighs about 50 pounds and the last time I measured he was 22" from the ground to his shoulder.
His only fault...he loves to chew the stuffing out of every toy he has, but as long as he leaves my shoes alone I can live with sweeping up fluff.

Rika - Purple Collar Red Male (Flair x Oliver)
Boy, time flies. Rika is 10 months old now.
He's 51 lbs. and stands 24 inches at his shoulder.
His coat is really thick and a beautiful dark red.
He's such a clown and loves to play and snuggle with Gandi.
He's my "velcro" boy, at my side wherever I go.
Enjoy the photos! More to come!

~ Zoe ~ Fusia Collar - Rose x Oliver
Not a day goes by that we don't say out loud how beautiful Zoe is. And we think her coloring is pretty.
Training is going very well. With house training, she had a few accidents but seemed to pick it up fast.
We still have work to do in other areas, but of course she's still young. She can be a little skittish when we have company to our home,
and then she gets "overly excited" to meet people "outside" the home. We are trying to socialize her as much as possible.
We are also battling with her when it comes to chasing the cats, although sometimes I wonder if the cat's don't egg her on!
She's a very happy member of our family and she smiles most of the time.
I'll send other photos as she gets older.

I've attached a few photos of LAUTREC (brown male red collar Java x Hershey).
Although not perfectly stacked, hopefully one or two will be acceptable.
This month he will be 10 months @ 87 lbs.
I do try to keep up with your titles on your guys and gals.
Surely, Joy will not have difficulty earning her Grand Championship.
Of course I'm a little biased since she is Lautrec's littermate.
Hope you like the photos. I will still attempt at working on a great stacked photo for you.

Samson - Brown Male (Java x Hershey) and Scarlett - Red Female (Flair x Razz)
I thought I would send you a couple of pictures of Samson with his new puppy cut.
He did so well with the groomer he got an award for being the best behaved dog of the day.
She was amazed at how well he did for his first time. Both he and Scarlett keep us on our toes, but we think the world of them.
Samson is doing well with his walking and basic commands, like stay, sit, lay down.
He stops and sits at the door before going in and out for walks.
Its taken practice but he is smart as a whip and a very quick study.
Anyways, at his vet visit last week Samson was 37lbs already at 14 weeks old...he is going to be huge.
He is so beautiful and is finally learning how to manage those long legs of his...:)
Anyways, I also added a recent picture of Scarlett.
She holds her own with our big moose. She is very much a puppy still and we are enjoying it as much as possible.
She is so sweet and gentle, people comment on her beauty daily.
They are very much the ying to the others yang, a nice balance.
She is gentle an delicate physically yet strong natured and holds her own.
Samson is a power house physically and has a soft heart. Such a good pairing really.
So glad we got two. Certainly more work but worth it all.
Thanks again for all you do. I will send updates as much as I can.
Take Care

Red Male ~Jasper~Baby Blue Collar(Flair x Razz)
Thanks for all your help and tips.
As you know Jasper turned 12 weeks old on Friday and he is adapting very well into our family.
He rarely has any accidents in terms of toileting and he has picked up quickly on expected routines.
Everyone who meets him comments on how beautiful he is and how good natured a puppy he is.
We are starting puupy school today so I am sure he (as well as us) will continue to improve even more.
I have attached a few pictures above from the first few days when he was home (my favourite is him playing in the snow).
I can't believe how quickly he has grown.
As usual I have a question as well - sorry. Our vet is aksing about if we wnat him to have the leptospirosis vaccine.
We wanted to know what your opinion of this bvaccine is and if any of your dogs have ever had a reaction to it.

Thanks again,

Oggie - Brown Male (BxS)
Just thought I would bring you up to date on the wonderful Oggie.
I have attached a couple of photos so you can see how he has grown.
He was about 5 lbs when he came to us and, at his check up at the vet last Friday, he was 25 lbs.
That is a lot of growing in just two months ...and there’s still not an ounce of fat on him!
He was one of the smaller puppies in the litter, but I suspect he’s caught right up by now.
As you can see, he is quite a character. He is very well behaved (although you would never know it from the picture).
His one weakness is a fondness for paper .. he loves to chew it up. Thankfully, he is not terribly interested in shoes (so far).
He is such a smart little guy. At just four months he already reliably comes, fetches, sits, and ~high fives~.
He is a little too easily distracted for "stay yet" but he is very good on a lead, and walks are lots of fun.
He continues to be curious and very oriented to people .. any people will do!
As you might guess, he is so darn cute that most of the people we encounter on walks are happy to say hello.
He has been such a wonderful and treasured addition to our family that I wanted to thank you again.
I have already passed your name on to a couple of people who may be interested in puppies sometime down the road.
Merry Christmas to you and your family,
UPDATE:
...
Thought we would give you an update on Oggie (Hershey/Raven - July).
He is 8 months old now and has become the most terrific companion for my husband and me.
He has a bright and curious personality, very outgoing and sociable with people and other dogs.
He is eager to please and, while full of energy and spirit, also very laid back.
It sounds like a contradiction, but it is a perfect description of him. He has his quirky ways, though.
For example, he really does not like to go for car rides. We have been working on it so he will now get in a vehicle without resistance,
but there was a period where he seemed to just not want to go.
We continue to play with diet for him. There is something in even very good dog foods that make him "loose".
We haven't yet figured out what the ingredient is. Yoghurt seems to help, but since he is built very slightly,
we have been watching to make sure he is absorbing food well.
I have attached a couple of pictures of him that we took today, I know you will be horrified.LOL.
He is going for his first full groom and clip next week so we thought we would capture the shaggy bear for one last time.
As you know, we got him for the poodle personality and hypoallergenic features as opposed to the glamorous look.
Poor dog, nobody knows he comes from such fine breeding !
As you can see, he has the legs of an Afghan, he is very tall, 25 inches at the shoulder.
We have not weighed him in a few weeks, although he is still fairly slightly built.
The last weigh in, about six weeks ago, he was 45 lbs. He is likely about 50 lbs now.
Anyway, he is doing well and we love him a lot.
All the best to you and your family for Easter.

Red Male ~Scotch~Blue Collar posing with a 2 day old Filly
Scotch is home!
(they had to drive to Chicago to pick him up as there was a heat embargo to Dallas).
He is beautiful and so sweet. We could not be happier with him and he is worth the long wait.
I will send a better picture later of all of us but here he is meeting the new foal.
It is important he learns to respect the horses from the beginning for his own safety.
He will not be around them without me anytime soon. I had the crate all set up for him for his first night home.
He did not love it as we expected. I think we will try the exercise pen in the kitchen which should give him more room to play.
You have done an amazing job ! He is perfect!
More later with pictures.
